Just popped to the shops on my GT 186 came to a hill so gave it some then all power went pulled clutch in the bumped in 3rd then took it slow home then I tried to give it a bit more and did the same again thought it may be faulty stator but readings are fine with a volt meter and I tried new CDI plug etc and did the same. Now when I start it it will not rev and just stales if any load is given. Was getting dark do chucked in the shed. Would knacked reeds give this effect?

Under the inlet manifold Into the inlet of the cylinder widened to fit a Reed block in
As my Dad used to say "Each to their own lad"
