So yesterday I finally got my li150 with 175 kit
Mot'd. After not I took it for a good run. Now she pulls well in 1st and 2nd. Not bad in 3rd. But has nothing more to give when out in 4th. Simply stays at same speed but revs drop off making it quieter. Any ideas why??? Simple ideas? I'm presuming it didn't run like this when my dad had it... But unfortunately he ain't around to ask..
No pull in 4th gear

could be a million things. Some 175 kits are crap and produce less power than a standard 150. Where did you get the kit from?
Scootering since 1968.

Need a bit more info'
Did you run it with the 150 or have you just got it ?
What exhaust (potentially blocked or not suited to the kit) ?
What carb' and jetting are you using (worth checking if the air filter's blocked) ?
What gearbox/crown/front sprocket ?
The 175 kits are very hit and miss, port timings all over the place and poor compression ratios (some ok others terrible).
Good luck
