I have had a tweak of the air mix today and it was a bit better, I have changed the atomiser and beedle today to and it feels much better. I'll know tomorrow when I go for a proper spin. I've just been for a quuck spin and it is going really nice, the next main jet I have is a 122 and a 125, these may be a bit too big but I'll try them tomorrow.storkfoot wrote:Main jet still looks a bit weak. So, have you sorted the problem with the engine dying at tick over. If so, what did you do?
Engne dies at junctions and traffic lights!

Scooter running nicely now but bogs down at three quarters up - got a 122 main jet in there so I have ordered a 120 and a 118 and see how I get on with them
