Metal compound

Anyone used or can give any advice on metal compound sealer please must be oil resistant as looks like I may have poss crack in engine case near bump stop thanks

Yep JB weld or Devcon. We use Devcon at work, it comes in different grades and metal types.

Thanks guys in the end I found some stuff called silver steel it's like a putty that goes like concrete

I reshaped the inlet manifolds for the bike using Belazona - still there after about 25 years.

JB Weld would be my first choice, I'm using it on the sump on my Marcos to good effect. I can also vouch for Plastic Padding 'plastic metal' for fuel tank repairs, I did a temporary seal repair on the Marcos tank back in 1992 and it is still good 8-)
