When and where in Italy next year is the big meet

I take it you mean the Euro Lambretta rally. It will be officially announced at this years German Euro (end of June) but Monza/Milan is a good bet although a coastal resort near Venice is also being mentioned.

...seems like Adria Racetrack will be the venue.

I had a look at the Adria racetrack from space (well, Google Earth. I'm no Tim Peake) and there didn't even appear to be a car park for spectators, let along a campsite for 1000.

However, let's see what comes up at the meeting of the club presidents at the Euro in Germany, though the idea of there being this much uncertainty at this stage is of some concern. I just wish they would decide on a date. That would be a start.
