GT200 Kit! Where can i buy one?

As the title reads, where can I purchase one from? Been on the granturismo site and canna find out where I can buy one. Are they even available? I am not the best on the old computer, so maybe it's me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Cheers,Speedy.
