21 Febraury TS1 was in its new home
The welcome back was without exhaust, front brake and rear shock absorber (all solded)
My big think iwas another: i remenber that lastest rides engine was drammatically poor of performances. So first sight is for check it
O ring sealing it's over

Now start the real problems.
21 february was saturday, Sunday take the engine to my friend (a very good mate with Lambrettas). My thinking was constantly to perfomarmances loss
And the big trouble was inside the Ts1
A big scrape on the exhaust port. This trouble was not made by piston rings....we think by an foreign object trough inlet. Last 6 month before to stop it, i've driving without filter
I think need a re-plate

Great to see you putting her back together and getting back on the road. I have been considering removing my filter but your post has made my mind up, it isn't worth the risk of the damage eh?
Looking forward to seeing it all back together. Good luck

Meanwhile the barrel is replating, i started to disassemble completely the chassis.
So, i deciced to make a drop bar fit test before to paint it.
Some english and german mates tell me that it's possible to found trouble with gear change.
The inner elemets work fine and the drop seems well made
Tacho, headlights fit on drop very fine.
This is the just one trouble. A little scraping by gear change....not a big problem
And finally i can see the stance of drop.....and i like it very very much

Fra,
That is a big groove in the barrel. Are you planning to rebore the barrel to take a larger piston, or repair the groove?

Just replated, time to finish at work and i'll show the replating. Ts1 for me is "the barrel"
