Unlikely, the lighs get dim because the indicators are drawing current from the lighting circuit. It's an AC generator with a voltage regulator, the higher you rev it the higher the current output.

The ignition circuit is completely separate and unless there's a short between them they shouldn't matter to each other.

As Ross says, there is no connection between the ignition (LT) Coil and the lighting coils. It is completely normal for the lights to dim a little with the indicators (and the horn and brake light) due to the available current being a bit marginal, but it shouldn't be too excessive. The T5 indicators are supposed to alternate the flash front to rear so check that they are both not flashing at the same time, if they are, then it's possible the wrong flasher unit has been fitted at some point. Also worth checking the wattage of the lamps.

Consider fitting LED replacements for the rear light and brake light as well as that will free up some current and ease the situation.

now my head light is as bright as a match on a dark night and my twin rear lights are way to bright ive just about had enough of all things scooter ive just checked and its fried the brake light filament I don't no what to do or what it is

ive had another look (now ive calmed down ) and could the problem be the twin rear lights
