Engine Bolt Removal

Im having the same problem. I tried drawing it through with washers which got it moving but then the nut threaded and wont come off. so cant draw it from the other side, have squirted penetrative fluid, will leave overnight to soak, hitting it is getting me nowhere.
All my spare nuts have threaded as well. Any other good ideas or is it just a case of perseverance?
Oddly had the engine out last year and the bolt was not as difficult to budge and had probably never been out before. A year later and it wont move!
All tips appreciated.

When you get it out put a good dose of coppaslip on it when you put it back in

Cheers......yes we will rub the bolt down with wet n dry and coppa sil it before it goes back in.

This is what I use. No risk of hitting in the wrong place. You can knock it inwards or outwards.
