As the title suggests. Has anyone fitted one with good / bad results? I'm thinking of fitting one to one I'm currently building. I'm going with the final drive as recommended by AF 4.8 using a Italian pacemaker box. Thanks in advance Pete.

- 30mm Dellorto or 33mm Keihin.
- An exhaust that makes more broad power over peaky power.
- Get good head.
- Variable advance ignition if you're really good.

These things have made decent tour set ups on some that I've had my hands in.
Best of luck.

Agree. I tried JL3, Race and Franspeed Race on my Imola and it didn't go as I wanted. I fitted an NK race and wow what a difference. It lifts the front wheel in 1st and 2nd and seems to go on and on. I can't wait to try the NK mid now. What set up is your RB mate?

Mines 230 with AF race crank super monza piston with cam lam Titan rings 35 tmx 4.8 final drive and of course the brill nk mid exhaust and yes it lifts the front wheel with fantastic power bands and sounds like motor crosser ! Sweet

just fitted a super tourer on my RB20 and all i can say is f'kin yes!!! what a difference its made over the JL3 that was on it, like riding a totally different bike and does the right things in the right places, you can really feel it holding onto the revs and using them, the tourque is better too, and when its been dyno'd and set up properly its going to be spot on :D
