SIL 200 barrel converted to 225 using Pro Porting piston

Evening lads, I have a problem converting a SIL 200 barrel into 225 using a Pro porting TS1 piston. It will leave the wall so thin that the base will not leave any difference between the ports and the bore. Has anyone encountered this problem before?

is it the same thickness all the way down the transfers Jaime ?

Yes mate, basically it loses that much wall. Is that normal?

ill assume then that its been rather over ported .. though if that's not the case it should bore to 70mm

you will lose the bore/ transfer wall, all the barrels i have it ends up somewhere near the gasket face
