if its the same "Janie Jones" she was a hooker in the 1960's and got jailed for supplying women to certain DJ's on a certain Radio station if I recall.

A mate of Myra Hindley as well..............

Janie Jones was a track on the 1st CLASH album. she was also a notorious Madam in the late 60s/70s. It's my fave track from THE CLASH, closely followed by Complete Control, hence the various quotes, together with Joe's most famous line "The Future is Unwritten".

I just fancied something a bit different, I'm pretty chuffed how she's turned out :)
