The last owner of my scoot thought it a good idea to start drilling unnecessary holes in original 50 year old panels ImageImage

I don't know much about panelbeating and repairs- can these be successfully be welded to a good standard? Or is it a filler job?

I'd imagine that's a straightforward job for a decent tradesman.
Did you have to do that?

Easy fix. .. I had the same. Last owner had flashings so random holes . I TIG welded them.and no issues .. TIG puts a lot of heat but is a nicer weld.. once dressed back and blasted you can't tell.

Agreed the guys who sprayed the leggies for my GP welded up about 20 extra holes that had been drilled over the years and you'd never know now they're painted.
