oil leak

been out and about,running in scoot(225 kit),it is leaking oil all over the back wheel,have checked the sump plug,ok,oil seemed to be coming from one off the chain case bolts,tight end that up(it did tighten up slightly),any other ideas?

Over filled gearbox/breather blocked?
Ripped gasket? Damaged gasket face?
Something fouling and not allowing proper joint contact?

DS oil seal leak? A leak down test required?

how do i find if breather blocked?

Give it a rinse, dry off and see if you can blow through it.

Double check for over filling first. Carefully clean all the leaked oil off. Remove breather. Shove a bit of tissue lightly in the hole to stop any splashing. Go for a run round the block.

could be oil from the exhaust if you're running too rich.

"o" ring on the selector arm is always a good one as been said.
