JL or JollyMoto have curly pipes that stay under the footboard, I think Gialnelli used to do one but not seen it advertised anywhere. I also think Casa might have one but can't seem to find any info on it anywhere.
"Our dilemma is that we hate change and love it at the same time; what we really want is for things to remain the same but get better."
ok so what pipe do u guys run with your mugello kit and what gearing do u use also . as i said i am runnig 16 front sprocket … come on guys give me your info on how to beef this scooter up a bit please

JL curly the jollymoto sits low. Your gearing should be fine.

Just been where you are now with the Mugello 186.
Started with 26mm delorto 15 sprocket with Li150 gear box and 42 clubman. Changed front sprocket to 16 tooth, 30mm delorto and MB/BGM clubman stayed with Li 150 box.
Dynod by Dan at scoorerotica, nearly 17bhp and great scooter to ride. Had 69.2 mph (gps) down the bypass, more than enough for me.

That's as good as you're going to get from a 186, the only way that you'll get a higher top speed is by fitting an expansion pipe which will allow the motor to rev higher. If 7,000 rpm = 69.2 mph then 8,000 rpm will get you an extra 7 or 8 mph.Shipleystevep wrote:Just been where you are now with the Mugello 186.
