had it last week on a mates lambretta...
once again...
on your original 6v lambretta use 15/3w bulbs and a new earth wire and you have better lights
instantly...
loads of people use 21/5w or 18/3w bulbs...
but 15/3w taillight bulbs should be fitted innocenti says.
they are a little bit difficult to get, so just buy some if you get them. most dealers sell the wrong ones and NOT 6v 15/3w bulbs.
in the uk you can get them from few scooter shops (eg camlam or scootopia) or here:

This is a good post for anyone running standard 6v electrics. These bulbs are, in my experience, hard to get and, along with making sure you have a 12v speedo bulb, do resolve a lot of the poor lighting issues, in particular related to the rear brake light.
