Minor thing but very annoying. When I fill up the tank, the rubber cap seal swells and I can't get it back under the two lugs. Once it dries out a bit it shrinks back to normal size. I think its due to the ethanol in modern fuel. Does anyhwhere do an ethanol resistant rubber seal?

I've never seen an ethanol resistent cap seal.Your seal maybe has become porous.If I were you I would you I would just buy another and fit it.

Mb sell viton cap seals. I tend to think they're overkill, but I've got two anyway!
