Hi there just fitting a pair of tv2 forks into a li series 1 frame ,have fitted new bearings and races ,forks turn smoothely to just over half way then they seem to bind up,any ideas.

are you using the commonly available horrible Indian top races ? they crunch like mad, try and get an italian one, put an old one back in and feel the difference , the metal cages are too tall and catch the top cup.

dealers must have a bodge as there is nothing else available.



Otherwise bent fork column possibly
