a little update ,hub done ,and headstock shortened

a little mock up to do for caliper carrier and anti dive then back to baz again to finish off :D

front end was taken to Mallory for inspection by john woods as there was a little uncertainty regarding the wheel and use of one off links ,brought much amusement and comments such as "you forgot the rest of yer bike mate" as i wheeled it across the paddock :roll: :lol:
center disc part of hub needs redoing but got the go ahead on the rest

getting the seat height and the lines right with a little help with photo shop

then on with a wooden buck for shaping the ally tank and seat frame work with a cut out for the pipe to pass ,still in half a mind to have a second belly pan tank ,will have to make another pattern for this as fattspeed never sent the drz pattern back ,i would have done it differently anyway i suppose

lastly .......

any dealers got anything they wanna test or by way of sponsorship :D ;)

I think the belly pan looks cool, probably a load of hassle and may get bashed if you come off tho.

Why not put your juice in that wooden seat hump, or a normal tank :o would;t need a fuel pump then
