Replaced gasket with a paper one & paste, Its gone again, are there any other underlying reasons why this is the case. I haven't used loctite on my studs, could this be the reason it keeps leaking, the scooter runs fine, just a bloody mess underneath the barrel and yes I do know I need to fix it...

Im using the sip banded with there pressure plate and can't complain. Had too many Cosa 2 clutches explode and cause severe damage so for me there a no, no. I know some need a spacer, which I avoided didn't see the point in having another place for a possible air leak or the chance of the rear wheel...

My thoughts are the plug, fuel line too long or kinked. I have similar problems on my set up and just putting it down to the fuel pressure in the tank at low levels and the fact my fuel feed to carb is nearly parallel. I have thought about a fuel pump, but at the moment I am just accepting the fact ...

Cant help on the gear cable front, as Im not familiar with the headset and gear cable carrier, but the best way to work it out is to feed one cable down and connect it to the bat wing. You should be able to work out which one connects to where, once you have done that I usually mark/tape the cable a...

Ok got everything fitted & absolutely nothing on the speedo, I reckon theres no more than 5mm between the magnet and the sensor when it passes, is there something I need to do to get this to work.

yip, bought a box of 10. Im going to check the writing on the plug, as I left the shed I noticed it looked odd.
