Re: RB250 set up.
Not sure if this will help but I have the symptoms you describe when I changed to 20 x 46 from 19 x 46 on the 5 speed Rimini box. Going to the Euro was mainly ok but kept having to change down to 4th on the motorway. Once up to speed with throttle kept wide open no problem. My first 5 speed had brok...

Re: iow discount codes?
I have found that with Red Funnel turning up on a scooter without booking you can normally get on fairly quickly except you have to go and buy a ticket and there is no discount. Not caught Wightlink for many years but way back then when I turned up without a ticket had to join a long queue to get on...

Re: Hiring a scooter in Italy?
A few years ago we hired some Vespa's in Pisa. Can't remember name of place but it was found using a search engine. I think there are a couple in Pisa who do this. You're be struggling to get a geared scooter I think. All that I saw were auto's. Thinking again I'm sure you're find one using the inte...

Re: loose ball steering bearings
I do this with mine and it makes the steering/turning smoother. I use the ball bearings out of the steering race but I buy an extra one so that I have more ball bearings.

Re: TSR Evo clearance
My GP was at Bridlington with damage to the side panel from the evo pipe. But that was my fault the first time I fitted it without checking the clearance. I refitted it and although the pipe is close it no longer rubs. Was the GP you saw yellow ochre?

Re: Just burst my brothers engine.
The mounts can be repaired. Just need a good welder. It may be that you could get an engine case cheap (can't see a great demand for series 1 125 cases) so maybe post a wanted ad on here and if a meber on Lambretta site. Could also try Facebook. I presume you can transfer all the bits over.

Re: TSR EVO Lambretta Exhaust - TAIL CAN SUPPORT UPGRADE
I have to add to the great customer support. Amongst the very best I have come across. I rang in to explain about end can breaking - replaced straight away no problem, no argument.
