Oh an did u bleed water system when thermostat was open ? While bleeding it

Seal on cap could be the problem as it is common ...but how much pressure are we talking in bottle as when they get too hot they push the water out the bottle ..that's why I said gaskets or rad or pipes ...as it could be overheating

The geared version is the rs 125 ...the auto is a sr 125 same as a gilera runner or italjet dragster engine ..both completely different the series 4/5 is auto the series 6 is the rs125 geared bike engine

It will run I've did this before it ran fine I just dressed the rough edge of plating with a stone ...it was prob done by pin from piston being pushed out while piston was bottom in barrel or at least that's how mine was done ..

All of the above if none of them a blocked rad but I bet it's the head gasket or water pump ...
