I acheive decent torque with a moderate sized performance carb, good flow tuning on the barrel ports, mid range expansion pipe and solid spark. theirs alot more involved but it's a good place to start. for me scooter tuning is about getting from 0 to 75 mph as fast as possible and with out explodin...

think the problem may have been sitting too far back which made front end light when going around a fast corner

Pikey i do agree but this bike is like a baby evrything is normally checked & checked i did wonder about tyer pressure plus this is a all new bike af new rear hub

Have one in my bike, it kept jumping out of gear in 3rd on dyno so put a stronger spring in and it seems fine now but a nice bit of kit.

Just read this post, when i was talking with dave webster he showed me some photos of his group 4 race engin his mag housing was like a work of art.
