Re: ts1 jetting
The smaller atomiser delivers less fuel so hopefully it will stutter on the bottom notch, then you can move the clip up one notch at a time till it runs clean.

Re: ts1 jetting
Being as your needle is on the top clip, I'd be inclined to try a 266 with the X7 on the bottom notch then move up one notch at a time till it runs clean. Pay attention to the plug but I will say that most TS1's have a stutter in that range just before it comes on song, some worse than others.

Re: RB250 set up.
On a tuned Ts1 with an NK I changed to a short 5th gear to keep it in the revs. Only lost a few mph top speed but much easier to ride.

Re: Gearbox issue?
Slip the tie bar off the selector arm then remove the circlip on the swivel and lift off the post, then turn the twist grip towards 4 th. If it binds it may be the clutch cable trapping in the headset, easily done with some of the thicker nylon lined outers. If that's ok then it may be in the gearbo...

Re: Outer rear brake cable.
When you fit the cable plate behind the choke lever it will probably be the right length and keep it away from the plug.

Re: Idle emulsifier
Thank you for the reply Adam , the carb had a B fitted from new so I tried the CD1 from a 34 carb that had a 36 idle and originally came off a TS1 so maybe I'm in the ball park.Logic says that a pilot in the 30's sounds small but obviously the motor says otherwise, certainly a PHBH would need a jet ...

Idle emulsifier
I'm trying to set up the idle on a VHSH 30 flatslide as the 60 pilot fitted as standard is far too rich and have ended up with a 37 at the moment.I've emailed Eurocarb for advice regarding the emulsion tube that is fitted before the pilot but not received a reply yet and have spoken to a well known ...

Re: My nuts are leaking! Ooer :-)
I wouldn't use Threebond on the head but saying that I watched the Casa Team use it at Cadwell. I prefer Wellseal but various Loctite products can be used.
