I'm using an IWIS 81 link chain with pull down tensioner on my 16 x 46 set up, been in for over 10k miles without any issues

Just be aware that the shimming may be different and that there is a considerable difference in the final drive ratio between the LI125 and the LI150. Dropping the front sprocket from 15 to 14 will give a closer match, but then you will have to consider using a pull down chain tensioner.

Most problems on the GT ones are caused by overtightening the captive bolts, they're only supposed to be torqued to 4 lbs ft.

Hi fellas Has anyone had any problems with these failing in use ,coming loose or any other problems or know anybody who has ? To get the correct ratio l want l need to use one but don't trust them , l know there have been failures with the Grantourismo ones and the LTH but not heard anything on the...

I use the GT version with an 82 link Iwis chain and 18x47 sprockets.
