I can remember to see, I think here or at LCGB-forum or EBAY:
a watercooled head for the Lambretta which is made one off, which means that,
you can take it of without having to drain of the water !!
Can anybody rememeber also ?? where can I get it ???

please can you make some pics of the buffer with the inserts from the DJ exhaust ??
I can not see excatly how this typ of buffers should work !

18mm surely !!! 23mm depend on the rod you use !! if it is an APE, then 23mm !!!
otherwise it is 22mm

And are with them any issues/probs regading to break or cracking ??

use the 250cc with decent timings like:
exhaust 175°-178°
inlet 145-148°
transfers 120°-125°
an torquey exhaust like JL3 or Taffspeed Road and 30 mm carb.
This should give an powerfull engine with a lot of grund.

what is a Humilator Kit/TS1 ???? and what are the differences to a standard TS1 ???? has it more power/torque ???? I have heared some things about this kit, but haven´t see any yet. Is it reliable ??? better then an y other tune, from MBD, Harry or someelse ??? have you some pics you can post of it...
