so if mine showing 4- 5 volts on tick over and goes to about 8-12 with a gentel rev - if so wouldn’t that point to a dodgy stator? Not producing enough power? for the lights -- ?

see if horn wires are pluged into the horns back light is usally the earth at the rear -- i quick test is to get a bit of wire and stick it on the screw of the back light then earth it --

Hi Ive always used the Escort shock for years as there cheap and do the trick ive found-- but found when you two up and all the gear on the back it just not stiff enough and you get exhaust grounding problems if you come across a pot hole. yep the earth for the front light is earthed to the handlebar rod bracket

It seems it has a blue i tried adding it with the browns -- i get no lights at all or horn - but when i add that blue with the blacks i get at least the front lights horn etc

just finishing wiring a new lamby up 12 v convertion -AC front lights work fine horn fine back brake light fine -- but no back light -- the weird thing is if i take earth out from front light back light come on - tried a new igintion switch does the same -- any ideas -- the next thing i think is a n...
