Yes I know what you mean about the cost but the chrome on these items is crap. Using a good chrome job would need to be compared with 3 x sets of new mirrors.
Does anyone have any tips for removing the mirror?

Re-chroming standard PX mirrors
Can anyone here let me know if you can disassemble and re-chrome standard PX chrome mirrors. If so how do you disassemble them. I take it you need to remove the mirrors first.

Hello, Jeremy (Germ) here. I am living in Katikati New Zealand. I have been riding ckassic Vespas since the late 1980's I presently have 2002 PX 200, a 1966 180SS and a 1968 50SS.
