Sorry kid, only just seen this............
Aiming at around 12.5 throughout rev range checking at 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and WOT.
Quite surprised that I've come down from a 140 to a 128 main and still rich but too bad.
Not been out on it for a while so not been playing with jetting.

Re: POLINI 210 ALLOY
Did about 2 tanks worth on 3% shitty mineral oil, drained tank and been on 2% fully synth since......... done about 3000 over the summer and it's gone well even though quite rich.
Fitted an AF meter a few hundred miles ago so dialling jetting in much better now but that's on a 28 delly.

Re: POLINI 210 ALLOY
Had the old iron 207 on standard carb with SIP 2 and Kytronic, loved it.
Now got the alloy 210 but with 60mm and love it even more, no regrets having been a Malossi man for years.

Re: AFR Installation - PX200
Just fitted one on mine, what would be "ideal" values to aim for?

Re: Cylinder head Compatability Polossi 210
Don't think it's that far off, fitted my Malossi piston straight into new alloy 210 (with 60mm crank,) and squished.
Solder had nice even width all the way across squish band so I'm happy enough.

Re: polini 210 carb options
Interested in this one.......... was running a 24mm with Polini intake on a 135 main and 60mm mazz crank, went well but wouldn't rev out, more or less ceilinged at 6000rpm. Put a 28mm on and it does rev higher but started getting a bit of pinking in mid range which the MMW head and KyTronic were sup...

Re: Polini 210 squish
Me neither [emoji16] Wasn't SSC blog mentioning big squish helping it to rev out, read that somewhere else but can't remember where. I'm just wondering how much truth is in it, I believe Harry Barlow is a fan of the big squish? I'm on a Polini 213 with MMW head running 1.2 and Kytronic. Still get a ...

Re: Polini 210 squish
Read an article from Scooter Centre today saying that you need as much as a 2.2 squish on the Polini kit with a 60mm crank for it to rev out.
