Hi,
What can cause a scooter to “run on” after you’ve shut the throttle? Takes a good few seconds for the refs to drop when the throttle is closed. Checked for air leaks and all sound. Thought it was the carb but stripped and cleaned. Struggling with this now.
Any ideas?

I’ve had bad experiences with BGM - twice. Cheap Indians ok. Just trying a Scootronicsbut no real experience yet.

Thanks really appreciate your suggestions and I will follow them but,,,,, I don’t understand why with the plug in the cap out of the cylinder if I touch the body of the plug (hex nut bit) I get a right belt. If I hold that near the frame it sparks there, but if I firmly earth it there (like you do) ...
