Anyhow, Good Luck with running your non fan cooled engines but keep that left hand hovering over the clutch.......most of us do anyway :lol:

Yes no fan , runs a little cooler than my TS at 60, but I guess you need to take into account no side panes and very short rear runners , so good for air flow.

Currently running an Avanti with an MB big head , no scoop and little body work , no more than 320f ,hot day standstill in traffic 340 max.

Still using one , just rebuilt into a Avanti recently.
Iโ€™ve always used normal ST90 with no problems.

I had the same issue , heating the first track and trying to gentle push it down resulted in the track snapping . Rang PM and they advised a bit of filing on the fork . So the track fits now and the forks are in but the damper brackets are to high! Like you it takes me a few years to build a scooter...
