that is exactly what i had in mind for it, looks superb, just out of interest what bracket/pedal did you go for? ive so far seen it done with a GSXR bracket and R1 pedal, thanks for posting the pics up for me :)

thanks for your reply, what i was after was a way to fit the brake so your rear runners are still intact so your foots on the runner instead of a peg, been sent some really usefull pics of how its done, looked bang on and not too dificult to set up

As per the title, has anyone ever fitted rear sets to a paneled scooter? due to my riding position with my feet right back on the rear runner boards ive been toying with fitting rear sets, mainly so the back brake pedal is under my foot without having to move my foot forward to use the back brake wh...

just seen your in harrogate, in which case i can probably help you out with the deglazer and finishers, no point in buying whole bottles if you only need a small amount

Angelus leather paint is what you want, you need to degrease and deglaze the leather with acetone, this also helps to key the paint, you can brush or spray it on, followed by a finisher/sealer

just fitted a super tourer on my RB20 and all i can say is f'kin yes!!! what a difference its made over the JL3 that was on it, like riding a totally different bike and does the right things in the right places, you can really feel it holding onto the revs and using them, the tourque is better too, ...

it was the exhaust gasket and also found 2 splits in my expansion pipe, one near the outlet just below the spring loops and one a bit further down, fitted a new gasket and used an exhaust bandage to seal the splits and now ticking over fine, got someone to weld the exhaust for me this week :D

thanks lads, appreciate your input, i was thinking today about the head and base gaskets, although the carb rubber looks intact i am going to change that anyway as this one has been on for about 8 months and for the sake of £15 its worth eliminating, will order some new head/base gaskets as well as ...

cant get revs to drop at idle, bike revving too high *sorted

alright lads, i have an issue i cant seem to solve so was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and solved it, i have an RB20 with 30mm dellorto flatside and franspeed pipe, back end of last week it i noticed the bike revving a bit high at idle, revs wont drop off as normal, ive checked ever...

John.... Ring me after 12pm one day this week and we'll get you on the Dyno.....it's only £35 for the initial diagnostic run, and then we can find out what it actually needs......that's gotta be a better idea than stripping your engine if you don't need to? ;) will do Dan, are you working saturday ...
