Re: PHBL 'D' needles
The 2 commonly used needles in the PHBL25 are the D22 and the D26. Where you have 2 different measurements, in this case the taper measurement "C", D22 = 18mm and D26 = 20mm, longer = thinner and thinner allows more fuel passed it, hence as Yamlam says it'll be richer for a 2mm section in ...

Re: Sip spare
More or less the same question ..... https://www.scooterotica.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=40433 If you're running tyres that fit in opposite directions, such as Conti Twist then it makes sense to have the spare rear orientated as most punctures and blow outs happen on the rear as they take mor...

Re: Rear spare wheel carrier
I'd also fit flat washers on top of the head studs to spread the load to prevent damaging the paint on the Sip rim. I use K nuts that are used on Karts, they are 8mm thread (obviously) but have a flange that seats into the recess on the Sip rim (same size as the flange on the Sip nut) and use a 10mm...

Re: Rear spare wheel carrier

Re: Jockeys Boxenstop Headlight
Any chance of sending me some pix, as mine will be here next week..... http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/04/05/supyqe4u.jpg This confuses me. Presumably this was where the bending was involved? Rather than bend it up and have an ill fit in the pin location surely it would have been easier to shorten the...
