I've a small block 198 phbh 30, I fitted an lth reed valve but didn't cut port holes, just doing a winter rebuild and was thinking of changing the piston to the Imola will it fit the 198

Bit of an update the flywheel key on the crank has sheared and the flywheel was loose, I have a Variatronic kit that's been on 12 months so bit surprised to see a key split like that.

Mine packed up on Sunday Imola, not sure it's heat seizure what are the symptoms. I've stripped the cylinder down and apart from more carbon on the piston crown than I would have expected as I only rebuilt it last year, I can't see anything obvious what should I be looking for.

Just took a bit of a punt on screen off eBay, got it today and trying to workout how it fits as there are no brackets. Anyone got any pics of one fitted, it's the one like this if the link works.
