Never had a problem with mine,the pick up wire is twisted around the HT about 8 to10 times and covered with heatshrink.Google Quadtech to ask their opinion if you can't get it sorted.

Ive seen that before where someone had put a stack of 5p's inside the kickstart shaft to presumably put more pressure on the plunger spring,why?

Why not try fettling the choke adjuster by shortening the body and adjuster and then use a 90 degree elbow? You will need to alter the choke cable to compensate.

It's not ideal but try a 14 t sprocket, this will tell you that the TV/SX box is too high at 4.8:1. As long as your chain isn't too stretched and you can take the slack up, then if proves better consider a gearbox change. Repacking the tail can will help with the noise.

I've often wondered why Innocenti didn't do this but then again look how small the layshaft has been machined down to, 12 mm? They must have had a reason to use a bush and needle rollers in the endplate even if it was just to gain some meat on the layshaft stub. I'm not aware if the layshaft can be ...

These were standard studs,looking at the cylinder the stud holes are drilled larger at the bottom for about 1 cm deep maybe to clear the threads.

I've got an RB 20 to build and just thought I'd slip the barrel on the bare casing but it was very tight and wouldn't go down.
